✅ What’s Eligible for a Refund:

We may consider refund requests only under the following circumstances:

• You have accidentally purchased the same product more than once in 24 hours

• You received the incorrect product due to a technical error on our side

• You were charged incorrectly due to a system error

To protect the integrity of our digital content, we do not issue refunds in the following cases:

• Incorrect language selection.
  Please double-check whether you’re purchasing the English or Afrikaans version of a product. Each product page clearly states the language.

• Downloaded products.
  If the resource has already been downloaded (even once), the sale is considered final.

• Change of mind or personal preference.
  Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds simply because a product no longer suits your needs.
